Pastor L. Elliott Abraham
Lewis Elliott Abraham, Pastor Abraham, or as he is affectionately known, Pastor ABE is the 3rd child out of seven born to the late Rev. Lewis Abraham III and Margaret Mims Abraham. Pastor Abraham is husband to his wife of 29 years Rose and father to their four children, Elliott, Jalen, Brianna, and Malik. All of that is great to know. But what is most important to know is that he is a child of God who loves the Lord dearly.
Pastor Abraham accepted his call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in 1997 while a member of Beulah Grove Baptist Church in Augusta Ga. Under the leadership of Dr. Sam Davis, Pastor Abraham embarked on the rigorous Preacher’s In Training program, and also enrolled as a student at the satellite campus of Interdenominational Theological Center(ITC) of Morehouse.
When his work made a relocation necessary, Pastor Abraham and his family relocated to the Atlanta area in 2000. He soon joined Salem Missionary Baptist Church. Under the leadership of Dr. Richard Haynes, he again enrolled in a second rigorous Preachers In Training program. Pastor Abraham was licensed to preach in 2003 and subsequently ordained in 2006 by Dr. Richard B. Haynes.
In 2020 at the height of the Covid pandemic, Pastor Abraham again answered the call to preach, but this call was to create an online space for worshipers online. Pastor Abraham and Rose founded Elevating Faith Ministries, Inc. to address the needs of those for who traditional brick and mortar church was unsustainable. The gospel message must be spread even unto those who don’t feel comfortable even leaving their own homes. That is where Elevating Faith Ministries or EFM will meet them where they are. EFM has a presence on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter.
Under his leadership, EFM has received it’s 501c3 and is recognized as a public charity. Pastor ABE has established a governance board to oversee the development of a community enrichment center that will serve disadvantaged communities through programs that will elevate, enrich, equip, and empower. Central to this effort will be the creation of a faith-based leadership and mentoring training program that will promote STEM-FL which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Financial Literacy.
Pastor ABE works tirelessly to carry out the mission of EFM which is to elevate faith in Christ Jesus, from concept to conviction, through the preaching, teaching, and application of the Word of God. Our motto is faith in action, to Kingdom growth is embodied by our relentless focus more than just outreach, but in reaching out. Every day we pray a prayer that focuses our efforts that always includes the phrase LIFT which means Lord Increase Faith Today.

RoseMarie Abraham
First Lady, Director of Outreach
Rose, First Lady Rose, Mama Rose, are all names that many know her by. She is RoseMarie Abraham, wife, mother, friend, and so much more. Wife to her husband of 27 years, she is literally the engine that keeps the wheels turning. Insanely organized, Rose has a passion for helping others which was apparent early in her career in the medical field. Very early on, she worked for a very busy pediatrician’s office where she soon advanced to become one of the most trusted employees of that organization.
Rose served in the United States Navy where she served as a Religious Programs Specialist. In this role, she was responsible for working directly with the Chaplain’s office and the setup of the chapel to support religious services for various faith groups.
Upon leaving military service, Rose soon began growing her family of four children. She and Pastor Abraham are so proud of their children Elliott, Jalen, Brianna and Malik. It was raising this very active family that Rose was able to obtain her Associate Degree in Medical Assisting where she graduated with honors. She continued on and obtained her BS in Management as well.
Rose works tirelessly in making sure everything runs smoothly for Elevating Faith Ministries administratively. She does everything from creating marketing materials, promoting ministry activities on social media, managing EFM social media platforms, to setting up the shots for livestream and Zoom meetings.
